Getting into The Happiness Habit

A lot of my clients ask me if there are any books I’d recommend that can help them get ahead in the right direction.

Well, here’s the book we’ve all been waiting for.

The Happiness Habit, by Brian Colbert Co-founder of The Irish Institute of NLP, is THE bible of self-improvement. Everything you need to live your best possible life happily.

In this book Brian shows you:

  • How to improve your relationship with yourself and others
  • How to build your confidence and stay positive
  • How to face adversity and overcome challenges
  • How to live a happier and more fulfilling life

As with everything else I recommend, I have read it, not only once, but twice!

On page 9 I took a deep breath.  As I kept reading and doing the exercises, I kept breathing, laughing and feeling more confident, happier and excited about the future and the possibilities it will bring.

I was captivated by Brian’s no nonsense, humorous style, and exquisite use of language.

I’ve had the luck to be educated by him at his trainings. And once again he took me on a journey of self-discovery where I found out new and invaluable things about myself as a person, and a coach. This book should be a must for everyone on the planet.
