Sin Free Almond Cake

Ingredients

300g almond meal
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1.25 teaspoon of baking powder
4 organic eggs
1 heaped teaspoon of agave syrup
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you achieve a dough consistency

Form into a loaf shape into a rectangular baking tray

Bake for 30mins at 200 degrees Celsius (less for fan ovens)

Let the loaf cool down and remove from tray

Eat on its own or with a handful of berries and a warming tea!
