A member of the rose family, they provide antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-carcinogenic protection.
Rich in Vitamin C and Manganese, they help detoxify the liver and kidneys, as well as ease menstrual cramps.
Here’s a super easy and quick recipe you can happily have for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
2 organic eggs
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
a bunch of raspberries, washed
a heaped teaspoon of cinnamon
organic coconut oil
Preparation
Blitz the eggs, banana and cinnamon in a blender.
Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a shallow pan.
Pour the liquid blend into the pan and let it cook at medium to high heat for about 5 mins.
When the top looks like it’s starting to solidify sprinkle some raspberries on it.
Put the pan under the grill for 2 mins until golden.
Serve on its own or with some organic natural yogurt.
