Special Breakfast Eggs

A Breakfast For A Champion

 

Ingredients

2 organic eggs
a handful of cooked prawns
1/2 organic carrot, chopped into small dice
a handful of frozen peas, defrosted
1 or 2 spring onions, finely sliced
coconut oil, hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a shallow pan.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour them into the pan.

When they are almost cooked add the carrot, peas and prawns.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Give the pan a good shake to mix all the ingredients.

Sprinkle with the spring onion and give it another shake.

Serve piping hot.

A super healthy breakfast fit for a champion!
