Revitalizing Pistachio & Pomegranate Ensalada

Rich in the micro mineral manganese, pomegranates have afrodisíac properties; they vitalize the nervous system and the sexual hormones!

 

Ingredients

1 ripe pomegranate, cut in half and put the seeds into a bowl (no white bits allowed as they are very bitter!)

3 handfuls of salted pistachios, shell free

1 bag of baby spinach, washed

1 big ripe tomato, peeled and cut into small cubes

hymalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, modena vinegar, extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add a good dollop of olive oil and vinegar.

Mix it all well with your hands.

Wash your hands.

Eat! 🙂
