No Bloaty Turkey Pizza


Ingredients (serves 2)

2 turkey breasts (preferably free range or organic),

tenderise them until flat but not too thin

1 ripe organic tomato, sliced into wheels

1/2 red onion, sliced

70gr of goats cheese (I use Organic St. Tola Original), crumbled

tomato paste

a few fresh basil leaves, torn with your fingers

extra virgin olive oil, hymalayan rock salt, ground balck pepper


Turn oven on at 180 degrees.

We are going to use the turkey breasts as our pizza base,

so rub them with olive oil and place them on a chopping board for now.

rub some tomato paste on them, and arrange a couple of tomato wheels on top.

Now, add some onion.

Sprinkle the crumbled goats cheese on top.

Add the basil, salt and pepper to taste.

Put the pizzas on the top oven tray to cook for about 10-12 mins,

depending on the thickness of the turkey.

Serve hot, or cold, and enjoy, no bloaty!
