Red Pearl Salad

Fill a little cushion with cherry bones, freeze it and use it after exercise to relieve pain

Cherries are considered the little red pearls of health. Packed with detoxing substances and antioxidants, this is the perfect time of the year to take advantage of their many benefits.

Ingredients (serves 4)

300gr watercress, washed

250gr ripe cherries (without the stems), deboned and halved, keep theĀ  juice in a bowl

100gr feta cheese, or goats cheese, broken into rough chunks

1 sprig of celery, washed and finely chopped

40gr brazil nuts, finely sliced (watch your fingers!)

1 ripe pear, deseeded and chopped into fine slices

extra virgin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper


Take the bowl with the cherry juice and add some salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Mix it all well.

In a salad plate or bowl, arrange the watercress, celery, brazil nuts, pear, cheese and finally the cherries.

Pour the cherry dressing over the salad and use your hands to make sure everything is well covered.
