Mum’s Kinder Burgers

Wait till you bite into these!


600gr beef or veal mince

100gr gorgonzola cheese, broken into small chunks

1 medium white onion, finely chopped

chives or spring onions, finely chopped

tabasco, a few drops

2 teaspoons of Perrins sauce

hymalayan rock salt, ground balck pepper


In a big bowl, mix the mince, onion, chives, gorgonzola, tabasco and perrins sauce.

Mix it all well.

Usin gyour hands make small balls of meat, flaten them a little and cook them in the grill until juicy.

Serve with a basic tomato and lettuce salad ( no iceberg please!), or in a wheat and gluten free bun!
