Valentine Rich Tea Pleasures

Lovely with peppermint tea

Ok so not the healthiest but not the worst either, and super easy with just 3 ingredients!

This Valentine’s Day treat yourself, cos you are worth it!


2 packets of Rich Tea biscuits (Dunnes Stores has wheat&gluten free ones)

1 can of skimmed condensed milk

100gr crushed walnuts or pecan nuts


Crush all the cookies in a plastic bag or a using a kitchen towel until dusty.

Put them in a bowl and mix them well with the condensed milk.

Add the crushed walnuts or pecans and mix it all well.

Using your hands make small balls and arrange them on a plate or small tray.

Stick them in the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours.
