Tuck In Tandoori Prawn Skewers

Tuck in!

Ingredients (serves two)

16 king prawns, fresh or frozen, peeled and cooked

1/2 lemon

200g organic natural yogurt

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground chilli

1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Hymalayan rock salt, skewers


Put all the spices including the yogurt and some salt in a bowl.Mix well.

Add the prawns, mix it all well again,  and let them marinate for 2 hours.

Pre-heat your grill at maximum temperature.

Take the marinated prawns and carefully arrange them in skewers, 4 prawns in each skewer.

Put the skewers on an oven/grill tray. Cook on each side for 1-2 mins max.

If you use uncooked prawns, grill them for 4-5minutes.

Serve on a bed of watercrest with the lemon on the side.
