Healthy-ish Greek Spinach Tart


500gr spinach, washed

50gr feta cheese

2 organic eggs

2 garlic cloves, peeled

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Butter, hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper


Boil the spinach for about 3 minutes, drain and let them cool.

Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees.

Chop the spinach and the garlic cloves and put them in abig bowl.

In a small bowl beat the eggs.

Crush the cheese with a fork.

Add the eggs and cheese to the big bowl. Add the oregano and cinnamon.

Butter an oven tray or dish. Pour the mix in the bowl into the oven tray or dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
