Hearty Chicken Paprika

A hearty dose of protein

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 organic chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 garlic cloves
2 fresh bay leaves
2 small white onions quartered
1 carrot cut into 1cm rings
1 peeled apple chopped into cubes
1/2 mug organic chicken stock, homemade or cubes
Sweet paprika powder, hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil


In a pan with olive oil or coconut oil saute the garlic cloves and bay leaves. Then, add the chopped onion, carrot, apple, and finally the chicken breasts (add these last).

Saute until all the ingredients are golden.

Add the stock and 2 tablespoons of sweet paprika.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let it all simmer on low heat until chicken cooked through.

Paprika is very digestive and it’s said to help treat skin blemishes.
