Artichoke Chips: Go On Treat Yourself!

Deliciously healthy!

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 artichokes

Hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil


Get rid of the outside leaves of the artichokes, and the stems. Cut the remaining leaves into fine sheets.

Fry these in a pan with oil at medium heat until golden and crunchy.

Take them out of the pan and onto a couple of sheets of kitchen roll to drain excess oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste and seve in a paper cone.

Go on, treat yourself!
