Anna’s Lettuce & Tuna Hot Boats

Endive and tuna boats. Hot!

Ingredients (serves two)

1 Cos lettuce or Endive, wash it and use the greener leaves

1 big can of tuna steak (185grms), drained and flaked

1 big ripe tomato, chopped into small cubes

1 yellow pepper, chopped into small cubes

1/2 white onion, finely chopped

1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped into small cubes (1cm)

Extra virgin olive oil, hymalayan rock salt, ground black pepper, Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper sauce


In a big bowl put the tuna and the chopped tomato, pepper, avocado and onion.

Add salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper sauce to taste ( I like mine hot!).

Take a couple of lettuce leaves or endive leaves, and with a spoon arrange the tuna salad mix along the leaves.

If the lettuce leaves are big, you can fold them as if it was a wrap, otherwise simply tuck into these super hot boats, you’ll love ’em!
