Porrusalda – highly digestive feel good leek soup

Alkalizing, hydrating, cleansing leeks!


5 leeks

3 medium carrots

1 white onion

4 garlic cloves

Extra virgin olive oil, salt, ground black pepper,water


Peel the 4 garlic cloves, peel and finely chop the onion.

Cook them in a deep pan with some olive oil until golden.

Chop the carrots into rings and the leeks into small chunks.

Add them to the pan. Add salt and pepper and lightly fry.

Cover with water and let it boil for about 7-10 mins, or until the veg. are cooked and with a little crunch.
