Scarily good pumpkin and walnut mind treats

This will wake up the sleepiest hallows!

Ingredients (serves 2)

Half a long pumpkin, or a small one

50gr walnuts

50gr butter or coconut oil

3 tablespoons of organic honey

Hymalayan rock salt

A cup of vegetable stock made with an organic vegetable cube in boiled water


Cut the pumpkin into small chunks and put them in an oven tray with the of stock under them to make sure they don’t dry out.

Sprinkle a few nuts over the top of the pumkin chunks. Also a few slices of butter or coconut oil, and some salt.

Bake in the oven at 165 degrees (fan oven) for about 25 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
